"Natalie spoke in front of our 200 chapter leaders at our annual conference this year and delivered the most high-energy keynote presentation we have ever had. Her talk set the tone for our entire conference. She was quick to adapt her presentation, incorporating comments she heard our CEO make regarding our company's strategic goals (moments before Natalie walked on stage), making her delivery even more engaging and valuable. We received nothing but praise and positive comments regarding Natalie and her presentation. Our chapter leaders were often heard saying "You Are Necessary" for the rest of the conference."

Communicate To Connect
When companies say “we need to improve our employee engagement,” what they’re really saying is “how do we get people to want to do their best work?” The answer has been rather elusive costing the American economy up to $350 billion per year due to lost productivity. Companies don’t understand how they spend more than $100 billion per year on employee engagement and still struggle to recruit, retain and build employee loyalty.
- Create Common Ground
- Cultivate a Partnership Culture
- Turn We Into Wins
Prepare to engage in meaningful employee discovery to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and their employees.
"You were exactly what the team needed. After you left, the open and vulnerable conversations continued. We all learned about the struggle of many of the team members and what can deter or challenge us to get to our end goal. It made us closer as a team and reenergized us for what's to come. You smile, transparency, and energy were contagious. Thank you for your inspiration. It was a pleasure having you join us."

Growing up as a latch-key kid, and leaving home at sixteen, I was never taught how to successfully transition to adulthood. As a result, life became a guessing game and the rules were survival. It wasn't until I started my personal development journey that I realized that the answer key to life is simply deciding what kind of life you want, and following the predetermined laws of success that will get you there. But it was in 2013, when I started inviting teenagers into my home to teach them the fundamentals of life, that I realized that there was more to learn. I was only thirty-three years old, and after a successful corporate career and deciding to transition to entrepreneurship, I thought I had a handle on life; despite being in the middle of a divorce, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. It became clear to me that the emphasis on professional success has caused generations of people to be ill-prepared to maintain the fundamental and most rewarding parts of life.
After two decades of coaching, consulting, and mentorship, I began noticing a cycle that affects people from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life, that if is the primary reason why people struggle and different stages of life: They weren't taught the fundamentals principles that are transferable throughout life's transitions, which causes avoidable personal and professional struggles. When seasons of struggle lasts too long, fatigue sets in and people give up hope.
Over the last ten years, I have discovered and implemented the fundamental principles that were stopping me from living fully and intentionally, which has completely transformed my life. As a result of my years of research as well as personal and professional experience, I've created the Adulting Made Simple Assessment, and the Greater Purpose Society to provide affordable tools, resources, and support to combat this silent epidemic that affects us all, and to improve the quality of life for future generations, because no one should have to struggle through life.
The first phase of our mission is to speak at 30 high schools/ 20 colleges by Q2 2024 because when young people find out that they don't have to struggle through life they adjust their strategy and begin to make purposeful decisions that positively affects their quality of life.
We believe that everyone deserves professional support and a safe community to learn from and grow with to effectively navigate life’s challenges, build and maintain healthy relationships, and create economic sustainability. We create affordable access to personal and professional development products and services so future generations will experience less homelessness, joblessness, and brokenness, because no one should have to struggle through life.
Our goal is to build communities around the world that improve how we live, love and do life together.
